Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data, business performance, revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Prepare financial reports, management reports, dashboards, and presentations. Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts and identify significant variances. Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical tools. Perform financial and operational data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and business performance reporting. Work with accounting, finance, operations, and business teams to collect and validate financial information. Prepare variance analysis and provide explanations for key financial changes. Assist with revenue, expense, profitability, and cash flow analysis. Maintain accurate financial data and documentation. Support process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and analysis. Present findings and recommendations clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field . Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Internship, academic, or professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP &A, investment analysis, banking, or business analytics . Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools . Understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and financial ratios. Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms . Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. Exposure to variance analysis, profitability analysis, or revenue forecasting. CFA, FMVA, or other finance-related certifications are a plus but are not required for qualified entry-level candidates.
