At Never Stop Select Services in Wilmington, NC, we help guests turn travel dreams into reality. We’re looking for motivated individuals with great communication skills and a positive attitude to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced in sales and customer service or new to the field, we’ll provide the training and support you need to
succeed.

• Earn Competitive Pay: $15.40 per hour plus commissions. Team average is $24n per hour with some team members over $30 per hour. Start with a training wage of $15/hour.

What You’ll Do
• Assist Guests: Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide guests through planning and booking their
vacations.
• Upsell with Ease: Recommend travel upgrades and options that enhance their experience and deliver value.
• Collect Payments: Confidently navigate payment processes to finalize reservations and secure bookings.
• Follow Proven Scripts: Use structured tools and processes to connect with guests and meet team goals.
• Provide Excellent Service: Deliver friendly, professional support that leaves a lasting impression.

Job Details
• Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Location: On-site in Wilmington, NC—must live in or near Wilmington or be able to commute daily.
• Requirements: Must be 18 years or older due to telemarketing financial transaction policies
